Ruffles

Step one: select a base and make sure that your image is in RGB mode.

Step 2: Select your pencil tool and make sure that you have it on the smallest size 1 px.

Step Three select the color you wish to use and draw and outline. The outline of the shirt should be a darker color then you want the final shirt to be.

Step: four: Make non-straight swiveled lines going from the top to the button of the area you want to look ruffled.

Step Five. Using a darker color. outline the swiveled lines. but don't fill it in all the way.

step six: switch to the airbrush or paintbrush toll and put it on the smallest size one pixel then get the a very light shade of the color u r using. Fill in the areas which have not been filled in already be the other 2 colors. As you can see in the picture below the airbrush or paintbrush tool gave u a littler color but not all the same color which make its blend well which is why we changed tools for this step.

Step seven: Zoom out and take a look at the ruffles area. Edit as need to get the look u need.

Step eight: One the ruffle area is done. Continue to make the clothes you want. Make sure you start the next part on a new layer in case of any mistakes. This is also a good time to save your work.
