Make UP 123
Putting make up on a doll is one of the easer steps in doll making. This tutorial will give you a basic guide of putting making on a doll.
Step One. Make sure the image u are using is in RGB mode.
Step two: select the pencil tool on the smallest size 1 px.
Step 3: Zoom in to the area you are going to be putting the make up. I usually start with the eyes and then the lips. In order to get a natural look I take a color sample from the clothes the doll is wearing. then I reduce the opacity of my pencil tool to about 50% Starting at the top of the eye I color what is between the eye lid and the eye and then I go over the eyelid it self. As you can see in the picture below the eyelid line is a different color because it was originally darker.
Step 4: next I raise up my opacity to about 70% and color in under the eyebrows. if you want to give your eye brows a thinner look this is a good time to do that by going over some of the edge with the pencil. it wont completely cover it of blend in with the makeup color but it will give it a little bit of a thinner effect.
Step 5: Once the make up is done. IS a good time to add eyelashes.
Step 6: And then the nose
Step 7: And Lips
Step 8: Now you want to use the same basic idea for your lips as you did for the eyes. U want you lips after all to match what you are wearing and the rest of your makeup. The color of you lipstick should be darker then your eye make up. At least that is my option. But you can always make it match.
Trace the inner line of the lip with a darker color. and fill the lips with a little litter. The last step is to make one pixel a little liter for a more realistic effect.
Tada your make up is done.
